Refund Policy

All tips and donations made through SuperSupport are considered voluntary support for creators. Due to the nature of digital contributions, most transactions are non-refundable.

When refunds may be considered

• Duplicate charge due to a technical error
• Payment was debited but the alert/overlay did not trigger at all
• A confirmed malfunction on SuperSupport’s side

When refunds will NOT be offered

• You changed your mind after completing the donation
• The streamer did not read or display your message
• TTS was muted, skipped or disabled by the streamer
• Donation was made by mistake from your side

How to request a refund

Please email us with the following details:

• Transaction ID or screenshot
• Approximate time and date of the donation
• Reason for the refund request

All refund decisions are reviewed and finalized by SuperSupport after verification.
